Adekunle Kosoko, as he was originally named, grew up in a music-loving family and discovered his passion for singing at a young age. He attended the Lagos State Polytechnic, where he studied Arts and Design and honed his skills as a graphic designer. In 2014, Adekunle Gold's musical journey began when he started posting cover songs on his social media platforms. His incredible talent and unique sound caught the attention of YBNL Nation, a record label owned by Nigerian rapper Olamide.
