She went on to achieve increased success throughout the 1970s, earning several gold/platinum-certified albums and four chart-toppers. These included "You Don't Bring Me Flowers," "No More Tears," "The Way We Were," and "Evergreen (Love Theme From A Star Is Born)," which earned her an Academy Award.

In the 1980s, Streisand continued creating hit albums and songs, releasing her biggest-selling album, "Guilty" which topped the charts in several countries. She worked collaboratively with Bee Gees member Barry Gibb, making the lead single, "Woman In Love" an international success and topping the charts in numerous countries.
